TRAINING STYLES
Hypertrophy and weight-lifting, as well as some cardiovascular exercises. There is a strong focus on progressive overload and reaching PB's each week.

REQUIRED TRAINING EXPERIENCE
This program is designed for those who are beginners and those with moderate gym experience. The workouts in this program require some use of gym equipment, so access to a gym is essential.
