Increased lower body muscle-mass and strength is the goal of this 6 week program. By completing this series, you will feel all-round stronger in and outside of the gym.
TRAINING STYLES
Hypertrophy and weightlifting - with a strong focus on progressive overload and reaching PB's each week.

REQUIRED TRAINING EXPERIENCE
This program is designed for those with moderate to elite gym experience. The workouts in this program require some use of gym equipment, so access to a gym is essential.
