Hypertrophy and weightlifting - with a strong focus on progressive overload and reaching PB's each week.

REQUIRED TRAINING EXPERIENCE
This program is designed for those with intermediate to elite gym experience. The workouts in this program require some use of gym equipment, so access to a gym is essential.
