The Hybrid program allows you to build a strong foundation within your muscles, whilst using cardio to improve your overall fitness. If you're serious about lifting heavy, getting strong and feeling all-round healthier, then this 12 week guide is for you.

With my professional knowledge and passion for hybrid-style training, I have created this program to help you build upon all areas of your body composition. During this program, you will undergo a series of workouts with a main focus of progressive overload and hitting PB's every week. Are you ready to get strong, and feel healthier inside and out?

People who are looking to build strength across their entire body, improve cardiovascular fitness and feel fitter all-round.

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

Increased muscle-mass and strength, whilst also improving your cardiovascular fitness. By completing this 12 week program, you will feel all-round stronger in and outside of the gym.

 

TRAINING STYLES

Each programmed week has 3x Weightlifting and 2-3x Running sessions - with a focus on progressive overload and reaching PB's each week. There is a seperate Male & Female program, which caters to the different needs of both.

REQUIRED TRAINING EXPERIENCE

This program is designed for those with beginner to intermediate gym experience. You do not need experience in running, just a good pair of running shoes to help get you started. The workouts in this program require some use of gym equipment, so access to a gym is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

GYM & RUNNING WORKOUTS

The ROAR PT Fitness App provides you with Full Structured Training Programs, which can be completed in the gym or at home depending on your selected program.

EXERCISE TECHNIQUE VIDEOS

Learn proper technique with Video and Written instructions for you to follow during your workout. Set and rep ranges are clearly set out, for an easy-to-follow experience.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Track your Progress with the ROAR PT Fitness App - using step activity, calorie intake, body weight and photos. Your daily achievements are monitored and get notifications on your progress!

NUTRITION ADVICE

Each Program includes full access to the ROAR PT eBook - 'You Guide To Counting Calories'. This book provides vital information about nutrition and how you can utilise different foods to reach your fitness goals.

  • Will I have access to my purchased Program straight away?
    Yes, you will receive an email instantly and be linked to your app set up and program. If the email hasn't been sent to your inbox in a few minutes, please check your Spam folder.
  • What if there’s a machine in my Program that my gym doesn’t have?
    There is a substitute button on the Fitness App - which allows you to sub out one exercise for another. If you're not sure what exercise to substitute out, then DM me on Instagram.
  • How do I substitute an exercise on the Fitness App?
    There is a substitute button on the top right hand corner of your Program.
  • What if I am unable to do an exercise in my program due to an injury or other factors?
    DM our team on the @roar_pt Instagram and we can work around this.
  • How long do the workouts go for?
    40 to 50 minutes
  • How will I know how to perform an exercise?
    There is an exercise video for every single exercise in your Program, so you will know how to perform it properly.
  • What happens when the weeks on my Program is finished?
    When your 6 week program is up (or 12 weeks of Hybrid program), you will have 1 more week to decide if you would like to move on to Phase 2 of your program. If yes, I encourage you to purchase Phase 2. If not, unfortunately you will no longer have access to the Fitness App.
  • What do I do once my Program is finished?
    You can either move on to Phase 2 of your Program, purchase a completely new Program or move onto personalised coaching with Rory himself.
  • Is there Nutrition included in my Program?
    You will have a Nutrition eBook that will come with your program. This eBook will give you more than enough information on how to utilise Macro & Micronutrients to help you achieve your goals.
  • What equipment do I need?
    You need access to a commercial gym for the majority of the programs. But if you don’t have access for a gym, a dumbbell only program is also available.
  • Can I choose the number of training days per week?
    You will have an option of a 4 or 5 day Program.
